SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Personalized gifts are made to order. For items requiring a design proof, allow 3–5 business days for production after written proof approval, Monday–Friday excluding holidays. For standard wording items that do not require a proof, allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping transit time is additional. Orders ship from Houston, Texas; available methods and rates appear at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Tracking is provided after shipment. Please check your address and apartment or unit number before ordering.
DESIGN PROOFS & APPROVAL
For personalized orders requiring a proof, we email the design from info@therosemuslimah.com with your order number in the subject. Check your inbox and spam folder, then reply “Approved” or request changes. Please approve your proof or request changes within 72 hours of the proof email. Orders awaiting written approval remain on hold, which may delay shipping. Silence does not count as approval. Engraving begins only after written approval. Time spent awaiting approval is additional to the 3–5 business-day production period. See your product listing for whether a proof applies.
CLOTHING RETURNS
Request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, with original tags attached. Email info@therosemuslimah.com with your order number before mailing a return so we can provide instructions. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind or fit; original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns. After an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund goes to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies.
PERSONALIZED GIFTS
Custom and personalized items are final sale for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error made by us, contact us with your order number and clear photos to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Check names, spelling and personalization details carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly to request changes; changes may not be possible once production begins.
ORDER TERMS
The Rose Muslimah LLC operates this shop. Prices are in US dollars. The order total, including applicable shipping and tax, is shown at checkout. Choose sizes and personalization carefully. Product colors may vary slightly with lighting and screens; personalized engraving may have small natural variations. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item. To request a cancellation, contact us promptly; personalized orders may not be cancellable once production begins. This does not affect assistance for damaged, defective or incorrectly made items.
COMING SOON & WAITLIST
Only products currently offered for purchase can be ordered. Joining the clothing waitlist does not reserve an item or collect payment. We use the details you provide to send relevant availability updates. Availability and launch timing may change.
PRIVACY
We receive information you provide when ordering, joining our waitlist, submitting a review or contacting us. This can include your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order details, personalization and messages. Our Wix-hosted site also uses cookies and similar technologies, and may collect device, browser, IP address and site-use information to operate the site and understand its performance.
We use information to process and deliver orders, make personalized products, provide support, communicate about orders and requested updates, improve the shop and maintain business records. Service providers such as Wix, payment processors and delivery carriers process the information needed to provide their services. Payments are handled through the checkout payment providers. Please do not send card details, identification documents or other sensitive information in a review or Instagram message.
We keep information for the purposes described here, including order support and required business records. You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to stop waitlist updates. Some records may need to be retained. Browser settings allow you to manage cookies; disabling them may affect site features. Third-party sites linked from our shop, including Instagram, have their own privacy practices.
